Price seems to be comparable to everyone else service absolutely awful good luck ever trying to get someone on a phone. I've had one agent foot 2 years never answer a single phone call sometimes you'd leave a voicemail and you wouldn't hear back for weeks. I got a new agent also doesn't answer the phone but she at least returns emails.

Very unprofessional broker.. will tell you anything to get your business.. these people will not help you if have a claim.. they work for insurance companies.. not you. Blah ah blah response from the owner.. collision coverage is only if I'm at fault and want my vehicle repaired.. so don't give me lip service.. I'm not talking to anyone from the broker office 1. No clue to details of claim 2. I'm not listening to blah blah blah I'm not at fault.. even the adjuster wrote me that in a letter along with we're not helping you.. even though the adjuster told me she would write a letter to the other insurance company demanding the other driver insurance pays for repairs to my vehicle.. what I don't appreciate is being lied to. Oh can we sell you house insurance? Life insurance?.. how does no sound

I left rbc insurance and switched to LG... The switch was made easy... but now after a few months I traded in a truck for a different one... one phone call to Lg and in less than 5 minutes I had a new pink card.... when I needed to do that with Rbc insurance I waited on hold for an HOUR just to speak with someone. Leibel insurance group is amazing! If there was 10 stars instead of 5... I would rate them at 10! Great service from Michelle R. today. Thank you!

Where Do I Begin.. I am a first time car owner and this whole process initially scared me because I've seen basically everything that could go wrong from other peoples experiences so when it came time for me to search for the best insurance rate that was going to protect my investment I saw that Liebel was my employer's preferred company. Kristen has been nothing short of amazing; between how quick she responded(for someone like me I can't express how much it settled my nerves knowing I was going to get a reply as quick as Kristen did, every-single-time), the insurance rate I got was more than fair and I was so pleasantly surprised this was something I could not only afford as well as manage long term. Kristen is the best at what she does, I cant express how happy I am that she was the one that replied to me as it has made the whole purchase and insurance process of buying a new vehicle effortless and not even remotely stressful. I will be a very happy long term customer because of the experience that Kristen provided me with.

READ THE REVIEWS - yes the are great at getting back to you and saving you money BUT beware. When going with a 'best rate' , 'quick to set up account' there's a catch. *They will not insure you*. They do everything in their power NOT to pay out and cover your losses. All they have to say is 'they miss understood, sorry.' My suggestion is find a good smaller broker that understands you and what your looking to cover. Not the company with cheapest premiums that just want your yearly payment and then leaves you hanging when asked to cover a loss.

I've always struggled with getting decent rates and service when it comes to getting my car insurance. However, this time it was different. I was helped by a lady named Jessica, it was all done through email, which for me was very convenient, and she was very professional. I am just finishing a quote with one of the agents Tracey, and whether or not I decide to go with what is offered I felt compelled to offer a review as I had such a difficulty time finding insurance. I will own my part, I am not the best candidate but Tracey made sure that I never once felt like I was difficult to find insurance for. Sara is the best insurance broker I have ever worked with. She is easy to contact, knowledgeable in ensuring you get exactly the coverage you need for the best possible rate, and always pleasant to deal with. After struggling on many occasions to reach my previous insurance broker, Sara went above and beyond so that I didn't have to worry about contacting him to cancel, or even pay the cancelation fee. After being frustrated dealing with a different provider, I won't name, it was nothing but a pleasure to work with this group. I had called to set up insurance for my new motorcycle. It was late in the day ~7pm and Krista Wilson was nearly done for the day. Regardless she was able to get me set up and a profile done in just under and hour and at a great rate as well. As stated, it was a pleasure to work with Krista and I would 100% recommend this group to friends.

I am very happy with the expertise, knowledge, friendliness, understanding and most of service provided to me by Sandi Pires this week. I had been having difficulty acquiring insurance for some art that I own. My insurance provider was very unhelpful and almost uncooperative in responding to my insurance needs. So I contacted Leibel and Sandi was assigned to me. The whole experience has been excellent. Options were given to me, information was given to me, and eventually good products were given to me. I also, for once, understand my actual coverage. In the end, I moved all my insurance to Sandi's care. I am confident that she will represent me very well. I'm glad to have "met" Sandi and glad her expertise available to me at all times.

Susan is nothing short of a superhero, we had a problem with another insurance company taking there sweet time and needed paperwork done that day. I gave Susan from Libel a call and within less than hour, we had signed the paperwork and we had a copy of our new insurance file. This lady is a goddess amongst insects in terms of insurance agents and brokers. We have since transferred all our business over to Libel because of the speediness and quality of the service. I recently purchased my commercial van Insurance through Leibel Insurance Group. I was helped by Monique Bradley. I usually don't write much reviews, But her service inspired me to go and write a comment as people like her needs to be appreciated because I believe she stands out in her skills. She was very knowledgeable, she listened to me very carefully and understood very clearly what I wasnt in my policy and then tailored it with perfection. Dealing with Krista was fantastic!! I called in on behalf of my mother in law with hopes of getting her insured. Krista was attentive and on top of it all. She was thorough, kind and courteous from beginning to end. She replys quickly to your questions via email or phone. I was at my wits end with my previous insurance broker as I got 3 business day notice before my policy (which is suppose to automatically renew) was no longer offered with my current insurance broker. So my rates have tripled and they just wanted me to settle with my new policy and didn't help me get a lower rate with another insurance company. Krista Wilson with Leibel was a breath of fresh air she was super helpful, quick and found me the best rate that almost matched my current rate and she even assisted me letting me know the paperwork I needed to find to get an even lower rate. You can tell she really loves and enjoys her job and helping people out.
