Meet Travis, Chief Operating Officer in Edmonton!

Travis began his insurance journey in 2006 and joined the Leibel Insurance Group team in 2016. Since joining Leibel, Travis has helped lead the team to multiple “Insurance Brokerage of the Year” and “Best Insurance Workplace” awards. In addition to personally being the recipient of multiple customer service awards over the years, Travis is best known for his leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, which brings out the best in his people in order to help them to reach their full potential. This skill and capability building has been key to Travis’ success in leading his teams and driving award winning performance. Travis loves that insurance is a lifelong journey of learning and growth. This ties into his other passion for the industry which has been the design, creation and facilitation of educational programs for both front line employees and management. Travis’ ability to connect with these teams on multiple levels and having a “firm but fair” management style has enabled him to also assume the role of Human Resources for Leibel Insurance. Outside of the office, Travis is an avid guitar player who enjoys camping with his family, biking, kayaking and cheering on his favorite but forever underperforming sports franchises.
